As many of you may already be aware, Jack Thompson is the Florida attorney who has been in the news for a long time now with a personal vendetta against Rockstar and Take Two Interactive Games. He became most famous for his lawsuit against Rockstar and Take Two for the "Hot Coffee Mod".

His most recent focus, however, has again been on Rockstar in his attempt to have the game "Bully" banned from store shelves before it was even released. His attempt to accomplish this not only failed, but the game ended up with a "T" rating rather than the "M" Thompson felt it should have at least deserved. Referring to the game as a "Columbine Simulator", Thompson was outraged at having lost this challenge and even further distressed at the judges inability to take Thompson's childish courtroom antics seriously. Thompson has written several letters to the judge and to the Florida bar (in addition to whoever else he could throw a letter at, since he writes letters like he's throwing a handful of rocks -- throw as many rocks as possible and hope one of them hits something, unfortunately for Thompson one of them is inevitably a window and he ends up in trouble for it.), the result of these letters has landed him in court again facing Contempt charges. The residing judge at THAT trial had to recuse himself since he currently has a complaint filed against Thompson with the Florida Bar.

Having failed at his first attempt to ban this game that ended up getting a "T" rating despite his best efforts, he is once again bringing his "movement" (bowel) to life by again attacking the game for it's "hidden" gay content. We'll all be staying up late to watch the news to see what other drivel he can come up with.

This week it would seem that Jack has taken a short reprieve from making an ass of himself. He must be at his kids school talking to the prinicple because he truly doesn't understand why his teenage son is repeatedly getting the shit kicked out of him. Ok, so I may not completely agree with everything about the video, it definately makes some VERY interesting points.
