This stunt ring is triggered on the top level of the parking deck as well. It is the ramp just to the right of the one used for triggering stunt #9 (or stunt #11, I can never remember which is which). A whole lot of speed and good aim and you'll hit this one fairly easily. You can also have a 4 star co-op buddy toss you through from the highway.
