This one appears just over the door of the police station and is triggered by a ramp on the top of the parking garage. If you down the slope behind the two ramps that go to stunts 9, 10 and 11, there is a ramp at the bottom of the slope. That is the one that triggers this stunt ring. Use the ramp to get here, or have a 4 star buddy throw you up there. Pretty easy ring to get.
