Stunt ring #16 is triggered by hitting the rock on the opposite corner from the rock that triggers #15 (directly east, I'm standing in front of it in the picture on the left) and the ring appears over the hotel. This one can be tricky as you have to round a corner to get to the rock and you can easily lose your SUV if you miss and land in the pool on the roof. A much easier tactic is to wait until you have 4 star strength and driving and just toss your truck up there and "bunny hop" into the ring.
