The last stunt ring in La Mugre is found at the entrance to Don Domingo Garcia's mansion. It looks challenging from the point at which it is triggered, but if you have a level 4 driving skill, they don't get much easier than this. Simply trigger the ring, then drive down there in the SUV and "bunny hop" into it. If it was any closer to the ground, you wouldn't even have to do that.
