Once again, an easy one if you played the demo. You can't miss it as you drive up the street toward the ferris wheel. Hit the rocks just in front of it with 2 stars driving ability and you'll have it in no time. If you have saved all the stunts for last and you are playing co-op with someone who has 4 star abilities, you can also have them pick you up and throw you through the ring to claim the stunt.
