This one appears right over The Volk cog statue in the middle of the town square. Turn around from stunt #20 and look to the right to trigger it. Aim a ramp truck at it and build up your speed coming up the bridge from La Mugre and use your 4 star "bunny hop" ability to slip through this ring.
