This one is in a small alley at the end of a short ramp. It's not a hard ring to get through at all, but if you are having trouble finding it, start the "Alleys of the Den" road race and you'll go through it soon after starting the race as part of the course. (The marker for that race is directly underneath stunt ring #20)
