This ring can be a bit hellish to get through without perfect positioning of a ramp truck on the highway, and after bouncing off the sides of the cog on both sides several times, I finally managed to throw an SUV up there so it was sitting on the top of the fist. Then I just climbed up there, got in the SUV and "bunny hopped" into it.
