The hardest part about this ring isn't so much the jump itself, it's getting the SUV up to the damned ramp. It's on top of the containers in the shipyard where you defeated Boris Mikhailov. You're not getting this ring without being at the wheel of a 4 star SUV. Carefully maneuver your SUV up the ramps starting at the east end of the shipyard to the ramp that triggers the ring. When you have it triggered, back the truck up as far as it will go without falling off the containers to build up enough speed and "bunny hop" off the top of the ramp. "Precision Hoppage" is the only way to get this stunt done.
