In the spirit of consistency, once again this stunt ring appears as you exit the tunnel from the Agency. This one absolutely requires a 4 star SUV and some mad driving skills to maneuver the S-curve at the end of the tunnel. A "bunny hop" at the tunnels exit and the ring is yours. If you are like me and just can't seem to do this with any accuracy, you can have a 4 star buddy park a ramp truck underneath it and carry you to the top of the ramp to jump and toss you through the ring.
