This is another one of those "hair pulling" stunts. Ideally, the developers would like you to put a ramp truck on the corner approaching from the trigger point, and if you enjoy repeatedly returning to the Agency to get a new SUV to replace the 12 you've already put in the river, please feel free to do it this way. We found it worked better to trigger the ring, then put the ramp truck at the other end of the bridge from the trigger point facing the opposite way. This way you can put the truck in the middle of the road and you have a more straight approach to the ring.
