Once again, the developers idea of how you should approach this ring and mine were very different. The picture above shows the ring from the trigger point, suggesting that you put a ramp truck in front of this small garage to reach it, and it can be done, but unless you have a very patient co-op partner that doesn't mind repeatedly going to fetch you more SUV's while you continue to dump yours in the river (Thank you, Tom!), put a ramp truck on the highway to get this ring. You will approach this ring from right to left as you look at it in this picture.
