Drive northwest up the beach and this ring appears over the pier. Use the life guard shack shown in the picture above as a ramp to get up there, or have a 4 star co-op buddy throw you through it. If you have a 4 star driving ability, you can also drive out onto the pier and "bunny hop" into it. Successful completion video |
