Things start to get a bit more challenging here. Use the triangle shaped rock to trigger this ring and launch yourself through it. Line your SUV up on the rock and then back straight up beneath the overpass. A good amount of speed and some good luck at getting through cross traffic and it shouldn't take you long to get through this ring.
